I understand that this is a science experiment and everything that can be done to ensure a successful hatch has been done and there is no guarantee that any of the eggs that I am supplied with will hatch, as nature is unpredictable.
If the hatch is not successful (zero eggs hatch) I am entitled to a “Try Again” offer of 50% off a hatch
I agree to return the equipment on time, clean and undamaged and agree that the payment method used to book my hatching experience may be charged for damages, cleaning fees, missing parts or delivery/pickup/late fees. Up to and including, but not limited to the following:
- INCUBATOR & ALL TURNING TRAY PARTS, ROTATOR SHAFT & PLUG IN – missing or broken rotator shafts/divider slats – $5. Any other broken or missing incubator parts and the box it came in – $100
- BROODER HEATER – top plate (orange), 2 side panels (grey) & the box it came in – $80
- Missing or irreparably damaged INCUBATOR or BROODER HEATER BOXES – $10 each
- WATER DISH WITH STONES (if you were provided stones) – $8 (Red Base – $6. Bottle – $2)
- EGG CARTON THAT THE EGGS CAME IN – $5
- CLEAN HOUSING BIN – $20
- RUBBER LINER – $5
- Late Fees – $50 plus $6/day for unreturned equipment & birds (unless otherwise organized/agreed to in writing)
- Dirty bins and/or incubators will be charged a $40 cleaning fee
In addition, in the event that the payment method used for booking my hatching experience should be declined, I agree to compensate Nanny McCluckins for any and all costs incurred.
I understand and acknowledge that I have 10 days from my day of purchase (booking) to cancel and get a full refund.
If the hatching experience I choose is less than 10 days from the time I book, I understand that this sale is final and I am unable to receive a refund should I opt to cancel.
I understand that I can reschedule my hatching to a future hatch if the dates I chose no longer work for my family. If I inform Nanny McCluckins with a minimum of 10 days notice there is no fee to reschedule my hatching experience. If less than 10 days notice is given, I acknowledge that there is a $25(plus taxes) fee to reschedule.
I will not hold Nanny McCluckins Flippin’ Empire Inc/Nanny McCluckins Chick Hatching Experiences LLC or it’s partners responsible for any financial or other loss or physical/mental injury resulting from this hatching rental agreement in its entirety.
If I have any issues or concerns about my experience, I will voice them to Nanny McCluckins directly to seek resolution, not post about it for them to read on social media.
